Motif 2.3.2 released to CTE and staging

While this is a minor semantic version increase (going from 2.2.x to 2.3.x), this is due to significant changes in the structure of the source code. It has been refactored in preparation for the release of our upcoming streaming mobile trading app. Motif and our new mobile app will share the same underlying code base. More information about our mobile app will be available early next year.

There are however also bug fixes. See below.

We are planning to release this version to production early next week.

Bug Fixes:

• Order pad now immediately restores linked symbol/account when ’new’ button is clicked. (Instead of using linked symbol when it next changes.)
• Order pad crash when tabbing through a readonly control.
• Better handling of trading states error messages.
